Every listing includes the specified usage rights. Please verify this information before purchasing a "Bloc."

What are the fees for cancellation?
 

Bloc-IT does not promote early withdrawal before the lock-in period. However, if unavoidable circumstances arise, cancellation fees will be determined according to the investment memo of the specific property purchased.

When to decide to sell a property?
 

When six or more members express a desire to exit, the property will be listed for reacquisition or sale, depending on what is more advantageous. Our AI-powered digital dashboard will keep you informed about current opportunities and recommend the optimal timing to maximize benefits.

What are the charges of "Bloc-IT"?

What is the proof of ownership?
 

Each "Bloc" owner will become a Fraction Owner of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that holds the property entitlement and shares equal ownership rights. The property will be managed by "Bloc-IT" under Grand Assets Capital.

How to calculate my returns?
 

An owner is entitled to two types of returns each financial:

Capital Gain, which depends on market conditions, and Rental Yields from the "Bloc-IT" business model. Rental yields are calculated only after full payment of the "Bloc" is made, not during the installment period.
